FOIL Request Information
Public Access to Records:
In compliance with the Public Officers Law Section 84 et seq, the general public shall have access to public records of the BOCES unless there is reasonable basis for denying the request.
Record Accessibility:
1. Written requests for records accessible under the Freedom of Information Act may be made, in person, each day that the Central Administration Office is open, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The Central Administration Office is located at 53 Gibson Road, in Goshen, NY.
2. Requests for records accessible under the Freedom of Information Act may be made by regular or electronic mail.
