Mrs. Bogart holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Education from SUNY New Paltz. She is a retired elementary school teacher from Monroe-Woodbury where she worked for 32 years. Currently she serves as a School University Partnership Liaison employed by the SUNY New Paltz School of Education.

Mrs. Bogart is optimistic and enthusiastic about her future service on the Orange-Ulster Cooperative Board:

"I am a strong advocate for children. The many offerings that BOCES provides for the component districts include programs to educate children with special needs as well as career and technical training. These learning opportunities are so essential to student achievement which will lead to positive preparation for our global society. As part of the Cooperative Board, I look forward to sharing my vast board experience in collaborating and working to match financial resources to the ever-increasing needs and challenges of the BOCES’ component districts."
