Library Automation

The Library Automation service provides school library media centers with record conversion management, an on-line union catalog through Horizon software, circulation management, inter-library loan, and pre-configured reports. Servers are maintained and housed at BOCES.

Training and support are offered via phone, onsite, and at the Harriman Learning Center. A Horizon Users Group (HUG), comprised of librarians from local districts, meets regularly to share questions and answers about the use of this library automation system.
